Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers
Site plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally included in this new image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling different areas of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
