Makes enough for 10 guests

To make the Citrus Syrup (yields 750ml)

300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar

Ingredients for the Cocktail (produces 850ml, serving 10)

400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (see above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing

Directions

For the Syrup: Combine the listed ingredients into a pan, heat until it reaches a simmer, stirring so the sugar melts. Then, take off the burner allowing it to cool entirely. Decant into a sealable bottle, cap it and store chilled, it can be stored for about a month.

Preparing the Cocktail Base: Mix every spirits and syrup into one large bottle, let it rest for an hour, then filter it , ideally through a fine cloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.

To serve: Pour 85ml from the batch mix to a cocktail shaker containing ice, gently stirring carefully for one minute to cool it down. Strain into a chilled martini glass or similar, top with the cranberries and finish with a quick spritz of mandarin oil above the glass.
